1. What a reservation is

A $1 reservation is a place in line for the Enchanted Paper launch. It is not a purchase of the device, a pre-order, or a guarantee of product availability. It grants: first notice when the Kickstarter campaign opens, a 24-hour early-access window before the public, $50 off founder pricing, and the $1 credited toward your pledge.

2. Launch timing

The Kickstarter target is September 2026. The launch date is not guaranteed and may change. Reservation holders will be notified of any change by email.

3. Refunds

Your $1 is refundable anytime before the Kickstarter launch, no questions asked. To request a refund, reply to any email we've sent you (or write to [email protected]) with the word "refund" — we process it promptly through Stripe to your original payment method.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
